Enrollment/Registration Information

Requirements for Enrollment

  1. You must live OR work in Burbank.
  2. The following documents:
  • Proof of Age (original Birth Certificate or passport) 
  • Immunization Record (must be current to enroll)
  • Current Burbank Water and Power bill AND either a So Cal Gas bill or landline telephone bill. *Partial statements or past due/disconnection notices will not be accepted*
  • Parent/Guardian's drivers license

Enrollment Information

 

For students entering 7th grade you will NOT be able to pick up your schedule unless you have provided the school with proof that your child has received a Tdap booster shot.

Dolores Huerta Survival Kit: The following supplies are suggested for each student:

■          3-ring Binder with Dividers (suggest 3” Binder)
■          Lined Paper, Single Subject Notebook, Composition Notebook
■          Closable pouch with pens, pencils and eraser
